24-05-2022- PERPETUAL PROFESSION

Perpetual Profession is a “grace” of the Spirit, the sign of a permanent, spousal union, a freely-given response of love to the unconditional love of the Lord.

Three of our young sisters Sr. Amala Priya, Sr. Leivon Florence and Sr. Rwisumwi Wari, take a courageous choice to commit themselves to follow in the footsteps of Christ forever, to emanate the beautiful scent of the life-giving gospel with the theme “To be the Aroma of Christ in the world.”

Rev.Fr. James Kadankavil sdb, officiated the solemn Eucharistic celebration at Sacred Heart Provincial House Bangalore. He recommended our sisters to spread the fragrance of Christ in the world. After the homily the sisters made their Vows perpetually by surrendering themselves to the love of Jesus in the institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians.  Rev. Sr. Lucy Rose Ozhukayil the Provincial welcomed the sisters to the institute with a symbolic gesture. After the meaningful celebration of the Mass, the perpetually professed sisters were felicitated and all shared a sumptuous meal.
